Blizzard has thrown every Hearthstone player's Valentine's Day plans into chaos, as it has announced that the new Return to Naxxramas Mini-Set for March of the Lich King will launch in under a week's time on February 14.
Announced via the official Hearthstone website, this set will see the return of World of Warcraft's infamous floating necropolis Naxxramas and will include 38 new cards, consisting of 4 Legendary cards, 1 Epic card, 17 Rare cards, and 16 Common cards. Starting next Tuesday, you'll be able to open these cards from March of the Lich King packs, or you can cut all of that out and buy the entire 72-card set in-game for either 2,000 Gold or 1,500 Runestones.
If you're feeling a little fancier than usual, you can also purchase an all-Golden version of the set for $69.99 which will also include a bonus Diamon Legendary. If you don't have that kind of cash to splash but you're sitting on a mountain of Gold, you may be pleased to know that for the first time in Hearthstone history, this all-Golden version can be purchased with 10,000 Gold instead.
As for what cards the Mini-Set will feature, only five have been revealed so far, but they include the Death Knight class' first location and colossus cards which are called Construct Quarter and Frost Queen Sindragosa respectively. The Hearthstone Twitter account also revealed that this Mini-Set will include some new Dual-Type minions and a whole bunch more interesting cards.
In other Blizzard news, the studio seems pretty determined to have you spend Valentine's Day with at least one of its games. On top of this new Hearthstone Mini-Set, Blizzard also recently announced that Overwatch 2 will be getting a dating sim called Loverwatch that will let you date either Mercy or Genji. We get it Blizzard, but you're being a little clingy.
